ABSTRACT
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of Cistanches Herba polysaccharides （abbreviated as CDPS） on rats with constipation-predominant irritable bowel syndrome （IBS-C）. METHODS SD rats were divided into control group （20 rats） and modeling group. The modeling group was given 2 mL of normal saline at 0-4 ℃ intragastrically （once a day， for 14 consecutive days） to induce IBS-C model. After modeling， model rats were grouped into model group， positive control group （mosapride citrate， 1.35 mg/kg）， CDPS low-dose group （50 mg/kg） and CDPS high-dose group （100 mg/kg）， with 20 rats in each group. Administration groups were given corresponding drug solution intragastrically， and control group and model group were given a constant volume of water intragastrically， once a day， for 28 consecutive days. The fecal water content， serum content of 5-hydroxytryptamine （5-HT）， and charcoal powder propulsion rate of rats were determined in each group；the pathological morphology of colon tissue was observed， and mRNA and protein expressions of nerve growth factor （NGF） and tropomyosin receptor kinase A （TrkA） in colon tissue were detected. RESULTS Compared with control group， the fecal water content and carbon powder propulsion rate in the model group were decreased significantly （P＜0.05）； the rupture of mucosal muscle layer in colon tissue， significant infiltration of inflammatory cells and cellular edema were observed； the content of 5-HT in serum， and relative mRNA and protein expressions of NGF and TrkA were increased significantly （P＜0.05）. Compared with model group， the fecal water content and carbon powder propulsion rate of rats were increased significantly in administration groups （P＜0.05）， and pathological changes of colon tissue were relieved significantly， while the content of 5-HT in serum， the mRNA and protein expressions of NGF and TrkA in colon tissue were decreased significantly （P＜0.05）； among them， the above indicators inthe positive control group and CDPS high-dose group were generally close to those in the control group （P＞0.05）. CONCLUSIONS CDPS can alleviate the symptoms of IBS-C rats， which may be related to the inhibition of NGF/TrkA signaling pathway.
ABSTRACT
Flos Trollii is a traditional Chinese medicinal herb in China. The 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia （part 1） did not include the medicinal herb， its source is not clear， and there is a lack of relevantly systematic and comprehensive research. By consulting ancient Chinese herbal medicines， medical books and related literature， the textual research of Flos Trollii was conducted to verify the name， origin and producing area， so as to provide a reference for the clinical application and resource development of Flos Trollii. Through textual research， it could be seen that the name “Jinlianhua” was used as the correct name in the mainstream origin of the past dynasties， and there were still multiple synonyms such as Hanjinlian， Jinmeicao and so on， most of which originated from its growth environment and appearance. According to the distribution of varieties， it could be inferred that the mainstream origin of Flos Trollii in the Qing Dynasty and before was Trollius chinensis Bge. According to historical records， Flos Trollii were mostly produced in northern regions such as Hebei， Inner Mongolia， Shanxi， etc.， which was related to the fact that Flos Trollii liked cloudy， humid and cold environments. Based on the textual research results， the author suggested that the mainstream origin of the past dynasties T. chinensis Bge. should be selected for subsequent collection of Flos Trollii.
ABSTRACT
OBJECTIVE：To provide refere nce f or the quality control and evaluation of rice-wine processed Coptidis Rhizoma decoction piece. METHODS ：Taking 17 batches of rice-wine processed Coptidis Rhizoma decoction piece from different manufacturers as samples ，HPLC method was adopted to determine the contents of 4 kinds of alkaloids as epiberberine ，coptisine， palmatine and berberine. The compound weights of epiberberine ，berberine，palmatine and berberine were calculated by the subjective and objective combination weighting method （AHP combined with variation coefficient ）. Then the quality evaluation method was used to evaluate the quality of decoction pieces combined with the appearance of decoction pieces and the contents of 4 alkaloids. The percent mass constant was calculated and the grade of rice-wine processed Coptidis Rhizoma decoction piece was classified. RESULTS ：According to the results of content determination of 4 kinds of alkaloids ，among 17 batches of samples ，a total of 13 batches of samples met the requirements of 2015 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia （part Ⅳ）. Mass constants of 13 batches of qualified samples were 10.03-26.96，and the percent mass constants were 37.20％-100％. If the percent mass constant ≥ 80％ of the sample was listed as the first-class product ，the sample with the percent mass constant between 50％-＜80％ was classified as the second-class product ，and the rest was listed as the third-class product ，therefore the quality constant of first-class product was ≥21.57，that of second-class product was 13.48-＜21.57，and that of third-class product was ＜13.48. According to the grading standard ，3 batches of 13 batches of qualified samples are classified as first-class products ，6 batches are classified as second-class products ，4 batches are classified as third-class products. CONCLUSIONS ：The established subjective and objective combination weighting method and quality constant method can more scientifically and reasonably classify rice-wine processed Coptidis Rhizoma decoction piece.
ABSTRACT
Objective:To investigate the expression of N-myc downstream regulated gene 2(NDRG2) in hippocampus of epileptic mice and its effect on glutamate and glucose uptake in astrocytes of mice.Methods:The epileptic mouse model was induced by lithium chloride and pilocarpine nitrate. The mice were sacrificed at 1 d, 7 d, 15 d and 6 weeks after model establishment and the brain tissues of hippocampus were taken. Western blot was used to detect the expression of NDRG2 protein in hippocampus.The primary astrocytes of wild-type, NDRG2 + /+ and NDRG2 -/- mice were cultured and the NDRG2 phenotype of astrocytes was identified after primary culture. Glutamate content in the supernatant of astrocyte culture was determined by glutamate assay kit and ultraviolet spectrophotometer. Flow cytometry was used to detect the positive rate of 2-NBDG fluorescently labeled astrocytes. Results:(1) Compared with the control group (0.25±0.07), the expression of NDRG2 in the hippocampus of mice increased significantly in the acute phase of epilepsy (1 d(0.45±0.06, t=-3.84, P<0.05), 7 d(0.54±0.09, t=-4.30, P<0.05), 15 d(1.04±0.06, t=-15.08, P<0.01)), and remained significantly high in the chronic phase of epilepsy( 6 weeks (1.30±0.16, t=-10.40, P<0.01)). (2) The content of residual glutamate in the supernatant fluid of primary cell culture medium was detected.It was found that the uptake of glutamate by astrocytes in the NDRG2 -/- group was significantly lower than that in the NDRG2 + /+ group ((689.03±101.78) μmol/L, (113.67±37.35) μmol/L; t=9.19, P<0.01). (3) Western blot results showed that the expression of EAAT1 protein in NDRG2 -/- primary astrocyte was significantly lower than that of NDRG2 + /+ primary astrocyte(0.34±0.03, 1.16±0.21), and the difference was statistically significant ( t=-6.59, P<0.01). (4) Flow cytometry results showed that the positive rate of astrocyte in NDRG2 -/- group cells was significantly lower than that in NDRG2 + /+ group cells ((17.60±5.72)%, (72.22±8.35)%), and the difference was statistically significant ( t=-13.22, P<0.01). Conclusion:NDGR2 is closely related to the occurrence and development of epileptic diseases. The expression of NDRG2 is beneficial to exert its physiological function of EAAT1 and promotes the uptake of glutamate and glucose by astrocyte. It may be a potential cell protective factor to promote nerve protection and repairment.
ABSTRACT
Objective:To explore the effect of prophylactic use of anti-osteoporosis drugs on hand function in hemiplegic patients after stroke.Methods:From January 2018 to October 2019, 66 patients with hemiplegia after stroke admitted to the Third Hospital of Quzhou were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the random digital table method, with 33 cases in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation treatment, the observation group was given calcium carbonate D3 combined with calcitriol preventive anti-osteoporosis treatment.The two groups were treated for 12 weeks.Before and after treatment, the Brunnstrom stage score, Fugl Meyer(FMA) score, Wolf exercise score, modified Barthel index score, bone mineral density(BMD) and bone markers were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment for 4, 8, 12 weeks, the Brunnstrom stage scores of the observation group were (2.97±0.90)points, (3.89±1.04)points, (4.68±1.04)points, respectively, which were higher than those of the control group[(2.46±0.89)points, (3.13±0.97)points, (4.09±0.97)points]( t=2.315, 3.070, 2.383, all P<0.05)and the FMA scores of the observation group were (34.28±5.17)points, (49.12±6.24)points, (55.73±6.74)points, respectively, which were higher than those of the control group [(30.07±5.05)points, (44.78±6.03)points, (50.10±6.71)points] ( t=3.346, 2.873, 3.401, all P<0.05), and the Wolf exercise scores of the observation groupwere (1.83±0.45)points, (2.91±0.64)points, (3.96±0.91)points, which were higher than those of the control group [(1.49±0.49)points, (2.28±0.57)points, (3.42±0.83)points] ( t=2.936, 4.223, 2.519, all P<0.05), and the Barthel index scores of the observation group were (59.12±5.73)points, (71.34±6.03)points, (78.98±6.89)points, respectively, which were higher than those of the control group [(55.14±5.62)points, (65.23±6.19)points, (71.54±6.80)points] ( t=2.849, 4.062, 4.415, all P<0.05). After 4, 8 and 12 weeks of treatment, BMD level of lumbar spine and hip in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). After 4, 8 and 12 weeks of treatment, the total amino terminal propeptides of type I collagen in the observation group were (76.02±7.26)μg/L, (58.34±6.45)μg/L, (49.12±5.12)μg/L, respectively, which were lower than those in the control group[(79.98±7.13)μg/L, (64.48±6.71)μg/L, (54.29±5.15)μg/L]( t=2.236, 3.790, 4.090, all P<0.05), and the serum osteocalcin levels in the observation group were (3.41±0.53)ng/L, (4.75±0.49)ng/L, (6.09±0.72)ng/L, respectively, which were higher than those of the control group [(3.02±0.48)ng/L, (4.16±0.47)ng/L, (5.41±0.67)ng/L]( t=3.133, 4.992, 3.972, all P<0.05)and the 25 dihydroxyvitamin D3 levels in the observation group were (34.87±5.41)ng/L, (48.71±5.67)ng/L, (72.67±6.95)ng/L, respectively, which were higher than those of the control group [(30.22±5.30)ng/L, (42.35±5.12)ng/L, (64.62± 6.14)ng/L]( t=3.527, 4.782, 4.987, all P<0.05). Conclusion:The preventive use of anti-osteoporosis drugs in patients with hemiplegia after stroke has significant effect, which can improve the function of hands and upper limbs, improve the quality of life of patients, improve the bone density and improve the bone metabolism index of patients.
ABSTRACT
Objective: To assess the effectiveness of interventions on patient trust Methods: A system review was conducted through searching 11 relevant databases, such as Cochrane Library, EMBASE, PsycINFO, CINAHL, PubMed, Web of Science, SinoMed, CNKI, WANFANG. The randomized controlled trials (RCTs) were screened from 1539 original studies according to inclusion and exclusion criteria Meta-analysis was used to evaluate and interpret the interventions. Results: Ten RCTs were included in the review. It was concluded from meta-analysis that no significant difference could be found between controlled and intervention groups by increasing doctors'abilities(SMD = -0.05, 95％ CI: -0.22 -0.12); while the other two interventions, doctor's information disclosure as well as patient education and nursing intervention, significantly enhanced patient trust (SMD = 0.13, 95％ CI: 0.06 - 0.21; SMD = 0.60, 95％ CI: 0.29 - 0.90). Conclusion: Doctor's information disclosure, patient education and nursing intervention are effective in increasing patients'trust, while intervention of doctor's ability promotion seems not so remarkable.

Objective To explore the nursing cooperation ofpre-hospital emergency trauma and hospital treatment intelligent network operation system seamless docking. Methods 56 cases of traumatic patients had surgical treatment in the hospital from July 1,2016 to November 30,2016 had pre-hospital emergency trauma hospital treatment intelligent network operation system (TPEITS) applied in emergency saving, at the same time of pre-hospital first aid, by CT and ultrasound B checking hospital appointments was finished with TPEITS system to open checking green channel and shorten the checking waiting time of patients. When the booking checking, operating room and emergency personnel appointment was finished through TPEITS system, open the green channel of the surgery, shorten the surgery patients waiting time,and in pre-hospital and hospital emergency care coordination were applied. Effective treatment time (patients disease onset to surgery time), rescue success rate, length of hospital stay and patients′satisfaction of the patients were statistically analyzed.And 32 cases of emergency trauma patients had normal pre-hospital emergency, hospital surgical treatment and nursing from February 1, 2016 to June 30,2016 were taken as control group.TPEITS system and regular pattern effective treatment time, rescue success rate, length of hospital stay and patients′ satisfaction, etc were compared. Results Effective treatment time and hospital stay of TPEITS system were(42.26±5.47)min and(36.45±9.85)d respectively,which were shorter than the(78.53±16.78)min and(48.28±12.55)d of regular pattern.And rescue success rate and patients′satisfaction of TPEITS system were 94.64%(53/56)and 92.86%(52/56) respectively,which were higher than the 75.00%(24/32)and 68.75%(22/32)of regular pattern(x2=5.500, 8.846, P<0.05). Conclusions Pre- hospital emergency trauma combined with hospital treatment intelligent network operation system seamless docking with good nursing can shorten the emergency response time, shorten the operation prepare time, improve the rescue effect and patient satisfaction,therefore,it worth clinical promotion.

Objective To explore the effect of cellular inhibitor of apoptosis protein1 (cIAP-1) gene on the radiosensitivity of SMMC-7721 cells.Methods We silenced cIAP-1 expressions by the shRNA technology,and then we detected the changes of cell proliferation,cell cycle and cell apoptosis by CCK8 as-say,Western blot,qRT-PCR and flow cytometry after the radiotherapy.Results The cell proliferation rate of liver cancer SMMC-7721 cells at different radiation doses of 1 Gy,4 Gy,7 Gy and 10 Gy was detected.Comparing with control group (pGCsi-H1-control),the cell proliferation in cIAP-1 silencing group (pGCsiH1-shRNA) was significantly reduced at various radiation doses,and the effect was dose-dependent (P ＜ 0.05).G1/G0 phase arrest was observed after radiation (P ＜0.01),and the proportion of cells in S phase was significantly reduced compared with control (P ＜ 0.01).Compared with control group,G1/G0 phase arrest was detected (P ＜ 0.05),and the percentage of cell apoptosis was increased significantly in cIAP-1 silencing group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion cIAP-1 silencing can enhance the radiosensitivity of liver cancer cells,and inhibit cell proliferation by promoting the anti-tumor effect of radiation.

Methods The modified indwelling tube connection fixed device was put inside the rats' back, and the microprobes were implanted into related neural nucleus. A signal connection was made between self-administration system and electrophysiological data acquisition system. The rat was addicted after training by self-administration system. The related cerebral nucleus electrophysiological sig-nals were recorded in different states of addiction. Results and Conclusion The modified indwelling tube connection fixed device has a bet-ter quality for reducing the phenomenon of leak. The signal was well in the combination of two different systems. The signals for the rat's ac-tion and neural electrical were recorded in the same time.
ABSTRACT
Objective To explore the impact of healthcare-associated septicemia (HAS)on hospitalization expense as well as length of hospital stay,so as to optimize the allocation of healthcare resources,and provide scientific basis for reducing the economic burden caused by septicemia.Methods Hospitalized patients with confirmed HAS in a tertiary first-class teaching hospital between June 1 ,2012 and May 31 ,2015 were investigated retrospectively,con-trol group was set up in a 1 :1 ratio,hospitalization expense and length of hospital stay between two groups were compared.Results A total of 285 cases and 285 controls were enrolled in the study,the median of hospitalization expense in case group was higher than control group (￥19 718.39 vs ￥9 289.04,P <0.05);the median of length of hospital stay in case group was longer than control group (14.89 days vs 9.22 days,P <0.05).The disease bur-den caused by septicemia in different age groups and departments were different.The improvement rate of case group was lower than control group (76.49% [218/285 ]vs 83.51 % [238/285 ],χ2 = 2.562,P = 0.009 ). Conclusion As the common blood stream infection in hospitalized patients,septicemia not only increased the ex-pense of diagnosis and treatment,but also affected turnover rate of hospital bed.Rapid and effective diagnosis and treatment is significant o prevent and control septicemia.
ABSTRACT
Objective To explore the application of 18F-FDG PET/CT combined with high-resolution CT (HRCT) in the same scanner on diagnosis of lung cancer, and its influencing factors. Methods 50 patients, in which some cannot supply HRCT raw date and under highly suspicion of being lung cancer, some were postoperative lung cancer and metastasis of lung cancer, were examined by 18F-FDG PET/CT combined with HRCT in the same scanner. Results 50 patients were all successful (100%) on PET/CT scans after preparation, injection, rest and breathing exercises;46 cases (92%) were successful on PET/CT combined with HRCT scans;4 cases (8%) failed on HRCT scans. Ma-lignant lesions were found in 35 cases, with the metastasis of 21 cases;4 in 6 cases of postoperative lung cancer were found metastasis;9 cases of benign pulmonary nodules need to be observed sequentially. Conclusion 18F-FDG PET/CT combined with HRCT in the same scan-ner is valuable on diagnosis of lung cancer. The diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity significantly increase. It is a non-invasive new imaging technology and systemic metastasis can be observed.

A 48-year-old female presented with a 6-year history of papules and plaques all over the body and with 1-year history of blurred vision in the right eye.Physical examination showed porcelain-white atrophic papules with peripheral erythematous halo and telangiectnsia.She also suffered from exotropia,visual deterioration,visual field defects of the right eye,as well as numbness of the left index finger,thumb and right anterior tibia.Skin biopsies of abdominal lesions revealed dermal necrosis with mucoid degeneration,inflammatory infiltration predominated by lymphocytes around several small blood vessels and occlusion of some blood vessels in deep dermis.Colonoscopy of the whole colon demonstrated scattered patches of hyperemia and erosions with the formation of shallow ulcers.Nerve electromyologram revealed damage to the nerves of right quadriceps femoris muscles.Fecal analysis showed that occult blood was strongly positive.A diagnosis of malignant atrophic papulosis was made based on the characteristic clinical presentation,laboratory and histopathological findings.She was treated with dipyridamole and aspirin for three months,which resulted in no clinical improvement or deterioration.

Objective To investigate the changes of inositol 1,4,5-triphosphate receptor typeⅠ(IP3RⅠ)expression in the myocardial tissue of rats with endotoxic shock and probe the possible mechanisms of myocardial depression.Methods Thirty-three male Wistar rats were divided into four groups:control group (n=6) were injected normal saline(4ml/kg),and the other 3 groups (n=9) were injected endotoxin via femoral vein with a different dose of 10mg/kg,5mg/kg,and the artificial sacrificed group(10mg/kg,the rats were sacrificed when the mean arterial pressure was first rapidly decreased,then gradually increased to the normal level).IP3RⅠexpression in the myocardial tissue of rats was detected by immunohistochemistry,Western blot and colloidal gold immunoelectron microscopy technique.Results IP3RⅠexpressions were increased significantly in each group of rats with endotoxic shock than in the control group (P<0.01),and most obviously enhanced in the the artificial sacrificed group.The expression of IP3RⅠwas related to the level of mean arterial pressure.Ectopic expression of IP3RⅠwas observed around the cell membrane of the cardiac myocytes.Conclusion (1)The expression of IP3RⅠenhances in the myocardial tissue of rats with endotoxic shock,and exists ectopic expression.(2) The expression of IP3RⅠwas related to the level of mean arterial pressure.(3) IP3RⅠ may be related to the cardiac contractility and involved in the regulation of mean arterial pressure.

Aim A cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) sample from patient was subjected to microscopy two Angiostrongylus Cantonensis of developing female and male were found and identifed for the first time in the CSF of the patient at the same time. It is the first case in Liaoning province China.
